Free Civil Legal Clinic Coming to the Fort Smith Public Library

Hosted by Legal Aid of Arkansas

Residents of Fort Smith will have access to free legal help this month through a special Civil Legal Clinic hosted by Legal Aid of Arkansas.

The event will take place on Friday, October 17, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Fort Smith Public Library – Main Branch (3201 Rogers Ave).

Attendees can receive free assistance and guidance on a variety of civil legal issues, including:

Estate planning
Record sealing
Family law
Landlord/tenant matters

Legal Aid of Arkansas staff and volunteers will be available to provide information, answer questions, and help residents understand their rights and next steps.

Registration is required to participate.
